What we collect

When you send a project brief we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, company, project type, budget range, timeline, the description of your project, and — only if you fill them in — a website address and how you heard about us.

We do not ask for, and do not want, payment details, identity documents or anything sensitive through this form.

Why, and where it goes

We use your brief only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. It is delivered to hello@trinolit.com through our email provider, Resend, and stored in our mailbox. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. If analytics is switched on, it uses Google Analytics, which may set cookies to count visits. Analytics events record which buttons and pages were used — never your name, email address or anything you type into a form.

The contact form protects itself from spam with a hidden field and a short per-address rate limit. Your IP address is held in memory for about a minute for that purpose and is not stored.

How long we keep it

We keep project correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation, and delete it on request.

To see, correct or delete anything you have sent us, email hello@trinolit.com. We reply within one working day.
